Mr. Wright believes in putting the people's interest first. Mr. Wright was elected in May 2023 by members of the Jefferson City Council to fill the vacancy that occurred with the election of Ron Fitzwater to the office of mayor. Mr. Wright has 22 years of public service in financial management and technology for the State of Missouri and additional private industry experience. Presently Mr. Wright operates a real estate brokerage and rental property management company. Mr. Wright is a native of Jefferson City.
